How I Saved My Neighbor’s Life

I walked passed my neighbors house this evening and some him working on a tile mosaic, for which his wife has been pestering him for a long time.  Since living there they have made huge improvements to the property.  They’ve turned and prepped the front yard for sod, and they have cleared and cleaned up approximately 3 tons worth of garbage, which was left to them by the previous owner as, what I assumed, was a welcome-to-your-new-home gift.
