A: Our fence, Utah pergola, and other products are covered by a lifetime transferable warranty which covers chipping, cracking, fading, rotting, and changing color. Q: Does your fencing include steel? A: Yes, we install a 14 gauge galvanized metal insert in all bottom rails which prevents all sagging. Q: What centers is your fencing on? A: Privacy fencing is 83 inches on center - 78 inches from inside to inside of the post. All other styles are 72 inches on center and 68 inches inside to inside. Q: How far do you bury your post? A: Our posts are buried 27 inches in the ground with concrete inside, outside, and underneath the post to prevent settling. Q: What kind of concrete do you use? A: We use Quick Crete concrete mix - 1 1/2 to 2 bags per hole. Q: Do you sell materials only? A: We provide all materials for the "Do-it-Yourselfer." Q: Do you install all over the state? A: Yes, but installation prices for fencing in Utah may vary depending on how far away you are from Lehi, UT. Q: Why should we buy from you and not your competition? If you want to do it yourself (make your own Utah pergola) there are many styles you can pick up today. All custom order will be completed in 10 days. Q: What are your payment options? A: We require half down, half on completion and satisfaction. We also have 30 day net accounts. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Q: Do you offer financing?
