What kind of warranty do you have?
Lifetime warranty
Our vinyl fencing products are covered by a lifetime warranty which covers everything you can think of: chipping, cracking, fading, rotting, even color changes. Our iron fencing also comes with a full 20 year warranty.
Does your fencing include steel?
Yes
We install a 14 gauge galvanized metal insert in all bottom rails which prevents all sagging
What centers is your fencing on?
83 inches on center
Privacy fencing is 83 inches on center – 78 inches from inside to inside of the post. All other styles are 72 inches on center and 68 inches inside to inside.
How far do you bury your post?
27 inches in the ground with concrete
Our posts are buried 27 inches in the ground with concrete inside, outside, and underneath the post to prevent settling.
What kind of concrete do you use?
Quick Crete
We use Quick Crete concrete mix – 1 1/2 to 2 bags per hole.
Do you sell materials only?
Yes
We provide all materials for the “Do-it-Yourselfer.”
Do you install all over the state?
Yes
But installation prices for fencing in Utah may vary depending on how far away you are from Lehi, UT.

Do you have an installation warranty?
Yes
Yes, we have a two year installation warranty which covers faulty installation or faulty craftsmanship on our part. All other complications will be handled by our warranty department.

What is your turn-around time on installation or picking up my product?
Quick
Installation is usually 3 weeks from start to finish. If you want to do it yourself (make your own Utah pergola) there are many styles you can pick up today. All custom order will be completed in 10 days.
What are your payment options?

We require half down, half on completion and satisfaction. We also have 30 day net accounts. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Do you offer financing?
